Here’s the workout:
Warm-Up (3 minutes)
- 30 seconds jumping jacks
- 30 seconds high knees
- 30 seconds arm circles forward
- 30 seconds arm circles backward
- 1 minute alternating side lunges
Main Workout For Time
Start: 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Push-Ups
Then 3 Rounds:
- 25 Air Squats
- 20 Push-Ups
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 40 Mountain Climbers (count each leg)
Finish: 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Push-Ups
Cool Down (3 minutes)
- 30 seconds forward fold stretch
- 30 seconds seated butterfly stretch
- 1 minute lying spinal twist (30 sec each side)
- 1 minute deep breathing in seated position
