Has anyone here mastered Voice AI in Arabic?
Iāve tried everything, from ElevenLabs to voice cloning, but nothing seems to work. - The speech comes out too fast. - Words run together into gibberish. - The Arabic sounds unnatural and hard to understand. Has anyone figured out how to fix this? - Which dialect worked best for you? - Did you manage to slow it down and make it sound clear? Would love to hear if anyone cracked this.

Any mastered the Forever Follow-up via whatsapp?
I believe Iām using the latest version of the Forever Follow-Up, and it works well for SMS. But has anyone figured out how to make it work properly with WhatsApp? The Meta 24-hour no-reply rule is breaking my workflows. If anyone has cracked this, Iād love to hear how youāre handling it.

JSON content format as a prompt?
Iāve been experimenting with prompt formats and was curious about something. Instead of writing prompts in plain text, has anyone here tried structuring them in JSON format? For example, using keys and values to organize context, instructions, and expected outputs. If youāve tested this, how did it compare? Did you notice clearer results, different behavior, or weaker performance? Would love to hear your experiences, whether it worked better, worse, or simply different.

WhatsApp wtf
Ok, silly American here. When I lived in Europe, we always used WhatsApp. But in the us, its sms mostly. I see the comment to "replace sms with WhatsApp," and want to make sure I understand a few things: -While WhatsApp is a great channel, and in most places is used more than sms, it will not communicate with someone who has sms, only WhatsApp? -been looking at the packages for Waghl & app level and really nice, but do you need to upgrade to the ghl for WhatsApp. I've seen it said that it runs on the SMS rail in ghl(sorry crypto term)

in continuation of what @Colin Wall said, yes the native GHl WhatsApp is great but keep in mind that you will have to eliminate using the WhatsApp and replace it with the lead connector app. In simple terms, you will have to disconnect your WhatsApp number from WhatsApp- connect it to the native GHL WhatsApp- and use WhatsApp on the lead connector app( hence: you can no longer use the WhatsApp app). Also wanted to include through my experience with the native GHL WhatsApp doesnāt allow you to send messages for the second time within a certain amount of time if the client does not reply- which kills any forever follow up workflows you may have active. Meta only allows a 24hr window- so if you try to send a second message after 24hrs it may not get sent. Iāve also tried WAGHL- great option but you donāt have the options to add buttons to your messages- either can you bulk message your database unless your number is warmed up( says WAGHL-whatever that means) tried it in the past and my clientās number got blocked- so would recommend it only if your using for it for WhatsApp AI and still want to access everything via the WhatsApp app. Long message but hope the message is clear. Probably dumb question - do we need GHL's AI Employee?
So I'm relatively new to Assistable, but had made AI Employee part of my offering and pricing structure before I came around to and signed on for Assistable. So, just making sure - the subaccount doesn't require GHL's AI Employee ($97/mo) does it? It seems like Assistable is independent from and not reliant on the AI Employee subscription for the sub-account. Just wanted to sanity check that with the community to make sure I'm understanding things correctly?

GHL native AI employees is not the same as Assistable. You donāt need to pay for AI employees on GHL if you go with Assistable subscription.
