we have a client that has a 5 realtors, is there a way to do a transfer blast call to all the realtors at the same time, if not what would be the best way till someone picks up?

Hi @everyone, I’ve noticed that some contacts are not genuine prospects, they engage in irrelevant or time-wasting conversations with the assistant, which consumes valuable time and Assistable minutes. Is there a way to completely block such contacts so they cannot call or interact with the assistant at all?I’ve tried enabling DND, but that only stops outbound responses, they can still call in. Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Any idea how to fix this. The AI being a little weird (never like this before). Also keeps saying I am updating you... for contact... for appointments.. Just acting weird too. Any idea how to correct like before?

Just wanted to get an update on the situation where the phone call never goes through and the phone number is blocked? Despite it being a registered phone number on Free Call Registry as well as Hiya? My personal account was affected. My main phone number is completely inoperable, had that been on business cards or advertising it would have been devastating. Half my clients went down with absolutely no fix in place for over 24 hours. Are my other half of my clients going to go through the same thing? Do we even know what happened? How to prevent this? Anything? I fear a lot more people are effected right now with no knowledge of it.@Assistable Ai @Assistable Team
