How to Block Unwanted or Time-Wasting Contacts
Hi @everyone, I’ve noticed that some contacts are not genuine prospects, they engage in irrelevant or time-wasting conversations with the assistant, which consumes valuable time and Assistable minutes. Is there a way to completely block such contacts so they cannot call or interact with the assistant at all?I’ve tried enabling DND, but that only stops outbound responses, they can still call in. Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
