Clay is good for testing but a bit expensive. Could be worth to build out a custom code workflow after your clay table is built and working.
Workflow for FB Ads?
If you have a DCT and want to launch the next iteration of it. Do you duplicate it and launch the new iteration in parallel or do you make the changes in the original ad set. Do you run them at the same time? and if so do you split the budget across both? Also what's the consensus on image vs video ads. Obviously images are much faster to make but some clients really like seeing videos. Results are obviously what I care about the most.

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Tough to say but I would say lead flow and hiring talent that can do what I would like without having to explain everything. But part of the issue is I'm also not an expert at service delivery myself being new to service deliver and been doing client acquisition for longer. What would you suggest to focus on the most?
