🧠Overthinking leading to Mental exhaustion
-I watched a video in the "Rewire your brain" section of this skool community.
It was an amazing video. It shows how we are always fighting our thoughts (khayalat) but they don’t go away. This is for the thoughts that randomly appear in your mind throughout the day.
-The video says that instead of fighting, you should accept them. You need to realize that you are not responsible (zimmedar) for them. You will not be questioned (sawal jawab) about these thoughts on the Day of Judgement.
-Think of yourself like the sky (aasman) and your thoughts like clouds (badal) passing through. You are not your thoughts. If you stay curious, you can separate (alag) yourself from them. This helps you engage with the right ideas and not get affected (mutasir) by the wrong ones.
-Just know that you are not your thoughts, and you can choose which thought you want to keep.
