Need help to productizing service
Hey everyone, I want to productize my services, but I want to grow in a niche, not a broad one. Can you help me select the niche that type of service should be in? Customer service, Sales, and lead generation, etc

@Duy Bui, I have built multiple automations, not in a niche, and all the automations I have built are for myself to test my skills. I am using n8n and make to build automation. I have a background in both fields. I have worked in sales and also in customer support, but I have seen many tedious headaches in customer support. I have personally felt that the customer support field is very tedious. I have worked in a courier company, and we have received hundreds of calls daily, and most of the calls were missed. But I have also done research, and I have seen that very small business owners are also struggling with bookkeeping, accounting, inventory management, and customer support. I am a little bit confused which one I should pick.
