$1K/Month Challenge Daily Journal—Day 18 (Friday, Sep 19, 2025). Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like doing it. 🛏️ Sleep Log - Slept at 8:30 AM - Woke up at 2:00 PM 📊 Long-Term Focus - Hitting $1K+/month within 6 weeks. - Consistency in GYM & Tahajjud - Complete courses and start doing the ACTUAL WORK. Day Start – Top 3 Priority Tasks - Gym - Video Journal - Completion of courses Reminders - Until death, all defeat is psychological. - Your maximum is someone’s minimum. - Small wins → win the seconds, win the hours (2-minute rule). - No one can waste my time except me. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Don’t multitask → focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work I’m about to do using my diary. Highlights: - Slept at 8:30 AM, woke up at 2 PM - Jummah prep + prayer (2 PM – 3:50 PM) 🕌 - Family time (3:50–4:45 PM) - Grocery errands (4:45–5:25 PM) - Asr prayer (5:25–5:40 PM) - Gym session (Shoulders + upper chest) (5:45–6:20 PM) - First Meal of the day (6:20 – 7 PM) - Maghrib prayer at home (7 PM – 7:10 PM) - Wrote daily highlights (7:10–7:20 PM). - Prepping for video journal 📌 Plan for Later: - Post video journal - Engage in Skool community. - Office shift 9 PM – 6 AM - Sleep & recharge for Day 19. ✅ Wins of the Day: - Consistent with prayers - Completed gym workout (shoulders + chest) - Family & community time balanced - Stayed accountable with highlights + video journal ⚠️ Needs Improvement: - Optimize sleep routine - Manage errands to save more focus time - Reduce delays between tasks 🔑 Reflection: Today was not a perfect Friday But prayers, gym, family time, and accountability were all covered. Need to focus on reducing distractions and preparing better for office and freelancing tasks.
