Login Issue for WL Domains
login via createassisants.com/access The domain wrapper program we use for white label domains is having an outage. We're investigating and on support with them. Should be resolved soon but createassistants.com is working.

@Mike Copeland Seems like custom menu links are affected as well. Open in a new tab and quickly copy anything past /portal. This will include the query parameters for your account id. once you have that, just replace your custom domain with createassistants.com and paste in everything you just copied after /portal. Should look something like this https://createassistants.com/portal?account=1712345382021x932142387183389117826&page=assistants

Leveraging voice ai to create website chat
Could someone please point me to training on how to use assistable for creating a chat widget for a website? I have some knowledge of the code-based version via some @Mike Copeland calls, but last I understood, that one wasn't ready for prime time. The native GHL Conversation AI is giving me fits (requiring way too much custom automation creation just to ensure I get the users phone number!) and I want to see if there is a robust assistable solution that allows me to use my already built assistable voice ai to create such a thing.

@David MacMillan We recommend people use the GHL chat widget for now. You can gate keep it by putting a form, or just have the assistant extract contact by using update_user_details.

@David MacMillan you would just do an automation where you trigger based on customer replied and filter by live chat. You can also filter by a specific live chat if you have multiple in an account. Then you would just add the active tag. If you are using our ai you shouldn’t be using GHL ai, or else you are going to have double messaging.
