Who plays roller hockey?
Here in Ohio roller hockey isn't a huge deal but it's getting bigger by the years. My daughter plays for a travel team through spring and then we join in on a west coast tourney (Narch) and State Wars (Missouri) in summer. It's great for conditioning, lots of isolation so opportunity for working on stickhandling, passing, and cycling the puck since it is a 4-on-4 platform.

@David Turner That's awesome dude! We battle every year with teams from Corona & Irvine at big tournaments, roller hockey is life there. That's a bummer about the State Wars tryout situation, what year do you play? When you start travel ice, will you still play roller?

@Burton Galippo my daughter has used the 3x pros for full season of roller and ice and they have held up really well minus the pull tabs on the straps. I had to sew them back on. Durability of the shell is great, thermomax insert is easy to remove and clean, super comfortable is all I hear.

@Luke Croucher I would honestly say the CCM passmaster (which I think How To makes the extreme passer). It is triangular and has rubber around all sides so you can move the puck around a lot and set up one-timers or just quick release shots.
Q&A: Met With @HockeyShot Today… Was Wondering If Anyone Uses Their Products?
Just curious what you think about their products? What have you seen on the internet or possibly used before? Would love to know your 2 cents as I look to partner with them in the future? If I were to partner with them? What would you want out of the partnership? Giveaways? Exclusive Community Discounts? Training Calls?

I remember my daughters first season of ice hockey we used Battle Mode sticks, which I think may be a branch of How To Hockey products. Jeremy is an awesome guy, my daughter got to meet him at Wish Cup in Nashville
Another Wednesday... Another Not One... But Two Exercise Demonstrations...
Today we added two variations to Day 2 of the depth drop push up. 1) The Elevated Depth Drop Push-Up is an Intermediate and Beginner Upper Body Plyometric... Please do start here for mechanical reasons... 2) The Advanced Variation of the Depth Drop Push-Up is a ground landing depth drop. Where you body starts at full standing, drops to the ground and absorbs your BW x gravity. Again start with exercise 1 and build your way up throughout the off-season.

What is the benefit of this drop push-up in relationship to the traditional push-up?
