Before we hit 500 members, I want to share this
Okay quick update before this thing gets out of control šŸ˜… When I started this community I said: ā€œSure… people can advertise for free.ā€ Well… People actually showed up. Now we’re at 467 members and climbing toward 500 like a caffeinated squirrel. So we’re introducing a tiny $3 Standard membership to keep things organized before the chaos begins. For $3 you get: šŸ”„ Unlimited daily promotion ⭐ Direct help from me šŸ“š Premium trainings šŸ‘€ Extra visibility through listings ⚔ Faster growth and feedback Basically… visibility for the price of a gas station coffee. Once we hit 500 members (probably this week) the price goes up. So if you want to sneak in before that happens: šŸ‘‰ https://www.skool.com/skool-community-9362/about?ref=c856b70cafbd4af29ccc71cd3f01cd78 Comment ā€œI’m inā€ if you join so we can celebrate properly. šŸŽ‰

Yah im in. To be honest haven’t looked at the classroom. Just enjoy @Joseph Groom constant notifications about the ā€˜WOULD YOU RATHER’ haha
I used to run a 4-star hotel. I couldn't manage my own Monday.
This week I had a conversation with @Lucas Duquette about productivity. You should definitely connect with him - very smart guy! And somewhere in that conversation I realised something that should have been obvious. As a General Manager I never started a day without a SOP. A checklist. A structure that meant the team knew exactly what needed to happen, when, and why. The kitchen had one. Housekeeping had one. Front office had one. I had 25 years of building systems that made sure nothing fell through the gaps and nobody had to guess what great looked like. Then I started my own thing. And because it was just me — I didn't build any of that. No SOP. No checklist. No structure. Just me, opening my laptop, aimlessly posting and commenting and wondering why the days felt long but the progress felt small. The very thing I had spent a career teaching others — I had quietly stopped doing for myself. Doh!!! So I built one. A proper daily operating procedure. Timestamped. Intentional. A structure that means every morning I know exactly what the day needs from me — and every evening I know whether I showed up for it. The difference has been immediate. Not because the checklist is magic. Because the clarity is. If you run a community, a team, or anything that depends on you showing up consistently — ask yourself honestly: Do you have a system? Or are you just showing up and hoping the day organises itself? Because it won't. And you already know that.ā™„ļø

@Sandra Pilarczyk awesome tactic and perfect for a structured day. Operational control seems like something of an asset you hold.

@Sandra Pilarczyk plus it keeps you super focused. How you start your day dictates how your day will flow. Wake up to a thousand notifications and emails and start to work = you’re already in reactive mode. Not active. I always find executing deep work early helps. Are you ok with me dropping you a dm on this? Would love to know how you stay productive with all the noise. šŸ‘Š
You’re sitting next to your future business partner right now.
Real talk. Someone in this community probably has exactly what you need. Skill. Network. Knowledge. Opportunity. You just haven’t talked yet. So let’s change that. Comment with: What you do What you need help with What you’re working toward Then go reply to at least two people you resonate with. Connections create opportunities faster than information ever will.

@Russell Cross III definitely an admiral goal though one uncomfortable flaw. Yes you’ve spotted a nice flaw in the market - overpriced leadership coaching. Steelman - people only tale action when they have committed to the problem in a way that forces them to take that action. And the best way to get someone to take action is to take money away from them, therefore putting them in a position that force them to take action. If you have a different viewpoint I’d definitely love to hear it though šŸ‘Š

The story of my dayā€¦šŸ˜
Woke up at 7:30am excited to go collect my new motorcycle, spent 140Ā£ on an uber to go collect, got to the garage and paid a 360Ā£ admin fee they didn’t tell me about, rode an hour and a half while it started raining (AND IT WAS FREEZING), stopped for lunch and lost 30Ā£ on the slotties, rode for another hour until I got to a shopping centre 15 minutes from my house, went to ride the last 15 minutes home and the bike wouldn’t start… I tried EVERYTHING… AA man came out to help, no luck. All hope was lost… after being stuck at the shops for 5 hours trying to fix my new bike my dad showed up and fixed it in 5 minutes. Rode home, took keeva on a ride around the estate, took pictures, put bike away, gave Ivy-Mae her first bit of food ever! Loaded up Skool, typing this post realising that I still need to cook dinner… only done 140 activities today! Need to do 900 more… need to announce winner of last nights community giveaway! Need to super glue my eye lids open. Need a poo. I’m grateful to have the problems I have and I’m proud that I have the problems I have! It could be worseā¤ļø Ps: in the photo of the two orange guys on my bike, that’s me explaining to my brother that if he drops that bike I’ll cut his balls off with a blunt stoneā€¦šŸ˜‚ Giveaway results coming at 9pm!šŸ‘€šŸ‘€

Hahahaha that really kicked into gear didn’t it
Let’s be honest about what’s happening in here
I’ve been reading through the posts in this community, and it feels like a lot of us are experiencing the same things, even if we don’t always say it directly. • Constantly learning but not always implementing• Switching strategies too quickly when results don’t come fast• Feeling motivated one week and lost the next• Watching others win and quietly questioning your own direction• Working hard but not seeing real traction yet There’s no lack of ambition in here. Everyone wants to grow. But sometimes it feels like clarity, consistency and focus are the real battle, not effort. So let’s talk properly. What’s genuinely been your biggest challenge lately?

Why does this post have absolutely zero comments? It’s probably one of the most well thought out and evaluated post I’ve seen in this community.
