Day 2 Missed it first thing this morning, so I was carrying a lot of mid-day frustration into the start. Practice: A warm-up followed by my first start with the 8 Pieces of Brocade. I feel loser and more focussed afterward. Watched the videos in my usual space, but then went to practice where I have a view.

Day 3 Practice: Qi Gong for Calmness + Tai Chi Flow + 8 Pieces of Brocade Before: I was not mindful enough to pay attention today. After: Calmed and revitalized.

Hey everyone, whether you’re starting fresh because you just arrived or you’re restarting like me to re-establish your practice, this is our spot. The 7-day challenge always feels more grounding when we move together, so this post will stay pinned for our daily check-ins. Let’s show up, keep it simple, and take it one day at a time. ✅ How to Check In Each Day After you finish your practice, follow these three steps: 1. State which day of the challenge you’re on. Example: Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, etc. 2. How you felt before and after. One short sentence for each. 3. Screenshot or photo: A quick picture of your screen, TV, or you practicing. Day 6: Before, I was most aware of an eagerness to get started. I did not pay enough attention to my body. Afterward, I felt invigorated. I really enjoyed that practice.

Day 7! Began feeling my stress, but feel much more centered after. Repeated day six, which is a great combo.
