MR arthrography. Latarjet procedure. Labral foramen or rupture?
24 y female. 7 y ago Latarjet procedure. 6 mo ago stuck shoulder, come back in to place by patient herself. Now still feels discomfort. Would like to ask opinion about anterior labrum - tear or labaral foramen? What about shoulder capsular laxity? Is there any measurement or something objective to determine that? https://www.cmrad.com/cases/2120783953

it does look like a tear (or re-tear) of the ant-sup labrum. capsular laxity is kind of dependent on how much did you got in during the arthro... was it 12-15cc?? if so, did it feel difficult to deposit? objective measurment not that im aware of

Knee MRI case
Hello It is an MRI acquisition that I had at the service but I can’t find the indication. I would like to know if there is a longitudinal tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus and a partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament.

Hard to say only on pics but dont feel there is lateral meniscus tear (but i do see one in the medial one). The lateral does show discoid configuration. Dont think there is ACL tear (at least acute) based on the fact i see no typical associated BME nor anterior tibial translation but i would not say much (again only on pics, try to upload it con cMRAD) regarding the possibility of old tears
