💡Tuesday Challenge - Define the Topic That Perfoms Better for Your Workshops
Hello, coaches! We are back with the Tuesday Challenge related to the valuable insights that Stan shared with us yesterday. I know many of you are using live events as a lead magnet to warm up your leads, and there are many topics you can cover during that call. 🧐 The challenge I have for you is to define the topic of your workshop by identifying the most significant problem that your clients have and presenting it as a small part of a process. In my case, and after testing many topics related to the job search with my prospects, I found out that interviewing 🤯 was the best one, mainly because they felt the pressure and anxiety of performing at their best during the interview but also because they recognized that they haven't got to the point of getting interviews and felt like they were missing parts of the process in which my team and I could help them. Building trust with your prospects is essential, and letting them know that what you are explaining is a small piece of the whole pie will let them see the value of working with you. Which topic do you cover during your group calls with prospects?

YES!!! @Daniel Botero -- A great place to start when forming that high-converting event. Here's a little extra help: 1. What part of your coaching experience is most transformative? 2. Can you show this to your audience (in action)? 3. How does this part connect to the rest of your program? Instead of giving them a small piece of every aspect of your program, lean into the most transformative element. They'll be hungry for more. They'll imagine you helping them with everything else. That's the story they'll tell themself. I wish you all the best! Here for you.
💸How to Sell your Services in Live Events - Today's live session
Happy Monday, everyone! We are starting a new week with an incredible live event. This time I invited an expert storyteller and fellow career coach Stan Miller, who will share his sales tricks and secrets selling services during live events. 💬I also wanted to remind you to leave a short testimonial if you are enjoying the community HERE. This will be very useful so the new career coaches who join the community can see its value. We'll see you today at 5 pm EST on this Zoom link! https://zoom.us/j/7212707052

Solid tip, @Ellie Hoekman
I hit 3k!
I'm stoked. I just hit 3k followers on LinkedIn. All organic content. It's been a fun ride. An interesting observation, not sure if anyone else experiences this: paying clients don't react or comment on my content. One day they just show up on my calendar. I've gotten 40+ inbound leads so far since I started in January (7 referrals). I'm averaging about 4-6 inbound leads per week. Two success stories so far. My favorite is an H1B client that got a new sponsor after 9 weeks of working with me. I'm working on improving my closing rate now. I'm happy to be a part of this community with everyone.
