What’s your take on my pitch?
I‘ve probably rewrote this post like 10x, I’ve lost count But I’m looking to post once a week to test out my pitch messages and getting some feedback from the community This will help grow confidence in myself, and in my messaging. Now comes the hard part -> I would love for you to give some CC Here’s the pitch: [Wanting your business to take off? But stuck feeling overwhelmed and juggling everything in your business? I used to be stuck for the same reason But I took a step back and realized I had too much on my plate and trying to be everywhere at once As an entrepreneur we’re told that we should handle everything by ourselves… But with personal responsibilities and getting my business setup I wanted my freedom back Freedom to spend with my son, play video games, and feel that soft life again So I have an offer that I’d love to share with 2 ladies here who need it Within 2 weeks you’ll have: - email sequences outline based on your business - operations setup for easy automations - plug-and-play templates for your next campaign What would you do in your spare time? ]

@Raym Hardy I’ve actually been redoing it since I’m kinda changing how I show up. But it’ll definitely be helping other women entrepreneurs still.

@Raym Hardy I’ll share it tomorrow. Having some wine and playing some delivery game with my son
The Cost of Bottling Things Up
I recently read something interesting: women are more prone to autoimmune diseases, and some research suggests that chronic stress and suppressed emotions (especially anger) can play a role in triggering or worsening these conditions. One study from the Journal of Psychosomatic Research found that holding in strong emotions can keep your body in a prolonged stress response. This means higher cortisol levels, more inflammation, and over time, it may contribute to autoimmune flare-ups (Segerstrom & Miller, 2004). So what’s the takeaway? "VENGEANCE!!"...🫠 Well that was my daughter's advice 🤦‍♀️ So lean into the urge to slap someone today 👋 But really you don’t have to slap anyone (please don’t). Finding a HEALTHY outlet for frustration can actually be good for your health. As mompreneurs, we juggle so much. It’s easy to put a smile on and push feelings down just to get through the day. But your body keeps the score. Giving yourself space to acknowledge and process those emotions isn’t a weakness—it’s maintenance for your mind, body, and business. How do you let off steam in a way that works for you? I’d love to hear your go-to “reset” when you’re feeling the pressure build.

Perhaps a smash room? But i find it best to stare blankly at someone and scream at them in my head for a good 2-3 minutes, it works cause they get uncomfortable. It’s therapeutic lol But when its smaller frustrations i tend to journal, breathe, or have a pep talk in the bathroom with myself. Those work for me. Angry cleaning as well, makes me happy to have a clean house. Makes me happier when I can finally sit down and be calm.

New Year's Eve Party Agenda!
12/31/2025 is NEW YEARS EVE and we're going to party like it's 1999 (am I showing my age?) 👉 So, I have an all day LIVE skool link that'll be running all day long. Here's the deal: you'll have access to a LIVE video call with everybody all day long for whenever you want to hop in and out through the day. 🤩 I will not be in there the whole time (because, like you, I have families, clients, and things to do) but I will be in there every 2 hours to host a special little lesson/class and help everyone prepare for 2026. Here's the Agenda for the day: *ALL TIMES IN EST * PERSONAL TIME means that I am not planning on being in the link at the time but it'll still be open for anybody that wants to hop in and chat with others or host your own thing inside of the link. 10-12noon Vision Board & Goal Setting 12-2pm PERSONAL TIME 2pm-4pm Scheduling & Routines 4pm-6pm PERSONAL TIME 6pm-8pm PERSONAL TIME 8pm-10pm Mapping out the Year for Business 10pm-12pm: Celebrations & Chatting 👇 So, which ones are you the most excited about?
