Cold calls when no one’s watching…
How do you keep yourself accountable to getting your dials/hours in especially when you don’t have someone micromanaging you?

Think about your ā€œAnti-Visionā€ā€”where you’ll end up if you don’t act. If my goal is to build wealth for me and my family, I gotta take actions that push me toward it. If I slack off or do stuff that goes against it, I know exactly where that path leads… and it’s not good.
The Real Value of the Community
I don't think many are aware of this, but the only two things which help you learn well aside from practice are discussions and teaching to others. Which is why whenever you are asking for other ways of doing things or giving feedback you're actually taking steps forward. In fact, I bet some of the most active guys (@Steven L., @Mauro Feltrin, @Tim Benne to say a few) have likely noticed a boost in their confidence and skills. Kepp that in mind! Happy Dialling!

When I started in business, I was stubborn and thought I could handle it all solo. Took me a while to get that there’s always someone better and that teaming up or learning from others levels you up. If you’re not around smarter, sharper, or more curious people, you’re just capping your own growth.
Objection handling - 'We dont take cold calls'
How do you handle this - its mostly from gatekeepers and this is my last resort when I cant get to my ICP or their team? I have tried - how do you onboard new vendors or how can we have a more detailed chat to which I am often told email info@ and they will get back if interested.

Depends on the gatekeeper. Example, if it's an assistant getting in your way from talking to a doctor say "Hi, can you connect me to X" "We had a meeting scheduled for this time, it's pretty urgent" -- this has worked because many assistants in the heat of the moment feel they made a mistake and didn't put it in the calendar (of course dependent on your tone and vibe too)
Is it okay to call US leads on Thanksgiving?
Hey guys, just hopped of a cold call with a prospect (from the US) and he told me off for calling him on Thanksgiving. Being from Europe myself, I completely forgot about that being today. I'm torn between "Thanksgiving" being an opportunity for them to pick up the phone but maybe it's overstepping. What do you guys think? P.S. If you're from the US especially, please let me know ahaha!

It's a great way to build no relationship/connection with the person and possibly just piss them off lol. That's coming from someone who is US born and raised.
