@にほん にほん Yeah I get that. I unfortunately lost most interest in tech... even if I have a natural tendency towards how it all works.

@にほん にほん Social Media definitely not my thing😅 Though its interesting to see what effect and such it has on people.
Sick of average?? Become ELITE!!
I had an epiphany whilst on my retreat… There I was… Sat at a table where other people around me are making $100,000 a month, some making $2million a year. Others $20k and they feel insignificant… Here I am. Busting a gut to make 5k after a tax a month and whilst I do this I can’t focus on what I really want to. Not to the standard I want anyway. I realised… I’m sick of being average. I’m sick of the grind. I’m sitting here at a $20,000,000 table yes that’s right a TWENTY MILLION DOLLAR table! These people are driven, young, hungry and are all killers at what they do which is…. Help people become their best selves, help others improve their lives. This is exactly what I want to be doing. Helping others out of the funk of depression, anxiety, and poor mental health and into the ELITE potential that lies within. I want to empower people to change their goals, achieve their dreams and do it with confidence. Who wants to sit at the $20million Table with me?

You dont mind if I duct tape myself to this table, yes?
What would you do in the most critical moment in your life?
Imagine depression getting closer. You are completely burned out, nothing brings joy, you have no energy for anything, you are eternitly tired. You're scared you'll never get out of it. Fear is the strongest motivator for action. It's what works when nothing else works. Fear of being left there in need of no one : angry, unhappy and weak. When fear hits usually people do radical things, change lives, move to a new places, finish relationships, start to meditate, do fasting etc. They change what they dare not change when it is bad, but" still possible to tolerate". And at this critical point we know exactly what to do. Have you ever had such moments in your life? And where did they lead?

For me, it was when I was heading towards a worse depression. I was driving up to work and was looking at the safety railings, thinking and quickly noticing that I really didn't care if I lived or died at that point. And maybe... you know... This... scared me more then a little bit. I knew I wasn't really okay, mentally... but this made me realize just how bad I had already gotten. So when I got to work, I called my GP, knowing it might take a while before I could see a psychologist. I lucked out as I could come in the next day for a appointment with my GP and getting a intake for a psychologist the next week. I did however go up to my manager to tell him I was going into sick leave. Let him know a little bit on what the state of my mind was and that it wasn't safe for me to actually drive anymore. While I thought it was a bit strange back then, the psychologist decided I already had a few really good idea's/coping mechanisms on what I should do to fix myself. And not wanting to tear me down to then give me new coping mechanisms, she send me to work with a social worker and learn more about myself and said coping idea's. The psychologist even said I didn't have a depression. I now know that was probably a white lie, to make me a bit more positive(there are several levels of depression). And at some point, it has made me think I wanted to do something more like the social worker was doing. Which is very close to trauma coaching/councilor. So it ultimately brought me to where I am now. Starting my education to become a coach/councilor on the 22th of march.

Its Just Another..... SUNDAY FUNDAY!!!
Now I must confess... I just realised.. I messed up the poll last week and it may have caused confusion... The question was.. Would you rather bounce off every single surface you ever touch or never be able to jump again? So if you chose to bounce off everything, you would still be able to jump. But if you chose to never be able to jump again, you'd also not be bouncing all the time... However.. dumb fuck fucked up.. the three available responses were 1. I'd rather bounce 2. I'd rather be able to jump 3. This is dumb. 1 and 2 actully lead to the same outcome. If you want to jump, it means you chose to bounce, If you chose to bounce it means you can jump. There was no option for you to choose never jump again. So the winner in a way by default is people wanted to be able to jump which means that must bounce off every surface they touch! with 16 total votes 4 voted for "this is dumb" 4 voted for wanting to bounce 8 votyed for wanting to jump! We also had some great answers on the TV show you'd win, Ranging from survivor to amazing race, takeshis castle, the crystal maze, truly a brilliant mix! So this week!!! Q1: If you had the chance to time travel... how far would you go... forward or back and why? This weeks poll: Would you rather have permanent cheeto dust on your fingers or have noticable body odour that cant be covered up?

@Melina Holm @Arthur Maddocks-Brown Let me drop the multi-dimension theory here. Every choice generates its own reality. So technically every action and alteration you'd make, would just split off into a new dimensional branch. It would be impossible to return to your original dimension though. And yes... sci-fi... science... both are a bit interesting cause I can go a little bit into the science behind time travel irl as well 😅

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown Eeeeh... save my mom from her early death? But no, honestly I wouldn't do anything. Except maybe go observe what really happened in history. Anything and everything that happens, happens. Sometimes for a reason, but more often just because the laws of chaos demand it.
