Listen and watch Rey’s stuff. Best advice at the moment. You’re lucky to have access to his teachings at this time and age. In my opinion. Wish he was in my realm back then, could have made a huge difference, truly.

Also, volunteer, helping neighbors. Elders and kids and those that need help in any way. just however much youre comfy with. Notice when others do kind things for you and others. Tell them thank you and stuff like that:) Add silent mediation (if haven’t already) Also just pacing yourself. Not too fast. But steady progression incorporated set backs and more progression. Not hard on yourself. Take the wins and let it set into your energy. Yes? Slow growth can be best and long-standing. Good for you for asking and open. 😎👍🥳

Hi, currently in my life I’ve been focusing on my looks and health it’s kinda weird because I been seeing progresss but when I stop doing that for 1/2 days I start noticing regression and that frustrates me…so idk if I should just let go or keep going 👁️

I still fall back into ego mode quite frequently - even though with investigation there doesn't seem to be a solid one.. I've got several pointers that takes me beyond. I'm sure all of you has as well.. how often do you remind yourself? All the time?

Merry Christmass beloved monkeys and gods! 🤗🎄💞✨🪅 Does anyone else remember this old song „its‘s alright“ and the band is called East 17. It was very popular in the 90s when I happened to be a teenager in full blown puberty. I suddenly remembered this song today as I was watching @I Am Rey s latest video at least 5x… the way he was saying „ALLRIIIIGGHHHT!! Evereything is going to be ALLRIIIGGHHT!!“ I have not heared this song for ages and could barely remember what its title was but then I remembered the bands name and looked it up…. Guys!!
