Hi, my name is Vicente, I’ve been following ray’s teaching over 1 year, currently I have voices in my head that tell me what people are talking supposedly about me, this is something that’s happening almost every single time that I spend ruminating on my thoughts, often they tell me awfull things that disorient me, but I know I will rise above it and that it is only a matter of time until I can control my attention and benefit of every situation that comes in my way of life.

Hi, currently in my life I’ve been focusing on my looks and health it’s kinda weird because I been seeing progresss but when I stop doing that for 1/2 days I start noticing regression and that frustrates me…so idk if I should just let go or keep going 👁️
