January feels different this year.
Quieter. Heavier. Slower. If you’ve been wondering why your energy hasn’t bounced back yet… why your mind feels foggy… or why you’re feeling a little 𝚘𝚏𝚏 without a clear reason — this one’s for you. I’ve just shared the first 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 of the year: ✨𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘺 : A Midlife Reset ✨ It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about softening expectations, making sense of brain fog and body changes, and remembering that nothing is wrong with you. If you’re easing into the year gently (or resisting the “new year, new you” noise), I think this will feel like a deep exhale. 🌿 Read it here: 👉https://blog.thisgirlshines.com.au/midlife-reset And if it resonates, feel free to pass it on to a woman who might need the reminder too. 💛

@Jocelyn Vienneau you have also just articulated so well what January is feeling like for so many and I too believe and am telling my clients and members 'its okay to just sit where ever this is right now'. Things will move when the time is right.

@Alison St. Romain haha yep. Been here a while. Hi !
I’ve Been Waiting for This New Moon
I’ve been quietly sitting with this for a while now. Watching the year turn.Listening to what people around me are actually craving. Not more noise. Not more fixing. But something that feels steady and safe to step into. This is the first time I’ve ever done something like this, and honestly, I’ve been waiting for this first New Moon of 2026 to finally say it out loud. From January 19–23, I’m hosting the SoulWise New Moon Celebration, a FREE, 5-day ritual space inside the Empowered Spirit Tribe. Five days to slow down, ground, reflect, and gently choose how you want to walk into the year ahead. Including a beautiful guest session with @Judith Leroy Esvan , guiding Cozy Cosmic Journaling for the Capricorn New Moon. Everything shared live during the week will later move into the SoulWise Sanctuary, so this is also a real taster of what happens there every month. There will be prizes to be won, too, including LIFETIME access to the SoulWise Sanctuary, a month inside, and a bundle of your choice. This feels like a threshold moment for me. And maybe for you too. Love, Jocelyn See you in the Empowered Spirit Tribe 🌙

🎉 Posting Party Begins on Monday - Are You In???
It's been awhile since I hosted a posting prompt party, so I thought this would be a great time to get all our new members involved as well as stir up some of you that are maybe feeling a bit uninspired. Starting on Monday, I will post a prompt for you to respond to. The party will culminate with a live meet up of the PERSONALS on Friday! 🎉 Rules of Engagement: 1. Have fun with it and don't overthink it! 2. Be careful about WHERE to post. I will let you know if you should post in the comments or in a new thread. 3. For every post you make, leave at least 2 comments on other people's posts. 4. Try to make thoughtful comments and/or ask questions. This is a great opportunity to build relationships and get to know each other - a crucial skill in business. Gifs are fun, but are not considered a comment by themselves. 😉 Are you up for it? Give me a sign in the comments below and then have a great weekend!

1000 Members🔥 3 Tips For Group Growth in 2026
One of my written goals for 2026 is to reach 2000 members. Yesterday I hit 1000 members...... halfway to my goal on the 13th day of the year! I would like to thank a few people here that have me grow my group over the last 30 days. First my wife (not in this group) for her support and ideas for engaging posts! Second all of my amazing members who show up, comment, like, and share the group all over! @Heather Boers @Lynice Bamm @Julie Burns @Julie Nelson @Jaymie Workman @Ina Tenniswood @Lindsey Ciarrocca @John Lewis @Michelle Spark @Maria Bello @Pamela Vicik-Smith @Mary-Heather Fajardo @Alison St. Romain these are just a few... If you are an active member and you are here in let me know! Last but NOT least! @Shannon Boyer for creating this awesome place to connect and promote! Be on the lookout soon, I got the chance to be a guest on Shannon's podcast! 🟢Here are the top 3 ways I grew my group to 1000. (507 in 30 days) 1️⃣ First was clear and easy Affiliate Program: Here’s exactly how it happened: 1. Weekly Affiliate Challenges 🎯 Every Monday I posted a simple challenge for affiliates: Top referrer each week won a 30-min 1-on-1 call with me. Result: Affiliates sent consistent traffic all month long. 2. Ready-to-Use Swipe Copy & Graphics 📌✨ I gave everyone plug-and-play text + Canva graphics to promote the free community. No one had to start from scratch — they just copied, swapped their link, and posted. Made it dead easy for affiliates to spread the word. 3. 2️⃣ Being active in other groups! Show up and make real connections!

Would You Rather....
We had such an amazing call today in the PERSONALS. Yes, it started off a bit awkward (and that was mostly my fault) but the ball got rolling and we were able to have a wonderful conversation about collaboration and engagement (3 members even stayed on the call for an hour after I had to leave - thank you @Alexander Walter for taking the reins!). We do two calls a month - one is what I call and exchange of business cards where we introduce ourselves, what our groups do, and who they are for. It is recorded and the recording is shared with the group (just to be clear, there are no actual business cards...). The other call is a version of what we did today where it is just a casual conversation about a topic of interest. The "business card" exchange is earlier in the day and usually has 20+ people in attendance. The discussion is later in the day and usually has about a dozen people in attendance. What I'm wondering is: is it the time of day that makes the difference or the type of call that makes the difference? My kids are really into the "Would You Rather" game right now, so I thought we could play along too. Please vote in the poll and then explain your answer in the comments below. If you are not attending these sessions because you are not a premium member, please let me know what would be necessary for you to become premium for $3/month. So the question is: Would you rather have two "business card" exchanges each month OR would you rather have the discussion meeting earlier in the day???

Ahhhh I'm back to full time trainer mode and just trying to keep my head above water. I would love both, but the times are just not going to work with my current schedule. I'll just keep keeping an eye on the calendar. Love what you're doing here @Shannon Boyer
