I have always struggled with being physical (i'm more of a snuggle under blankets and read a book kinda girl, myself). 😅 So, every single day that I show up for myself, I have to REALLY put effort to make it happen. One of the biggest mindset shifts that has helped is showing honor and respecting the body and life that I have. 👉When we take care of our bodies, we honor it. 👇What are you doing today to honor the amazing and beautiful body that you've been given?

Today has been wild. 😅 I had a schedule for today and most of my calls got moved around (which was unexpected) which is a big bummer because now I can't make some of the ones that got moved to a time when I am meeting clients. Also, most of my kids are acting a bit extra fussy (and I think my oldest has come down with something because she's been sleeping all day). 🚨 So, getting some movement in today will be tricky, but i'm determined to do it! I'll add a picture in the comments when I do it (and i'd love to see everyone add THEIR picture of them doing some intentional movement today too) ❤️ Even when things throw curveballs, we are called as Moms to be adaptable and figure it out.
