🌿 Tuesday Toxin Talks on Saturday: Teflon
The “non‑stick” convenience that’s been sticking to your body for decades. Let’s talk about Teflon — the coating that made cooking easier… and quietly introduced forever chemicals into nearly every home. Teflon is made from PTFE, part of the PFAS family — chemicals that don’t break down, don’t leave the environment, and don’t leave you. If it’s non‑stick, waterproof, or stain‑proof, PFAS are usually hiding in it. Here’s the part most people never hear: When Teflon cookware heats up — especially past 450°F — the coating begins to break apart, releasing fumes and microscopic particles that settle into your food, your air, and eventually… your bloodstream. And once they’re in you? They don’t just sit quietly. They start influencing your hormones, metabolism, mood, immune system, and inflammation levels in ways most people never connect back to their cookware. But the real problem isn’t just what Teflon is… It’s what it’s doing inside the body long after the pan is washed and put away. And this is where things get uncomfortable — because the effects show up in places you wouldn’t expect… 👉 Continue reading in Holistically, Realistically!

low competition contest inside a Skool community
came across this inside a smaller Skool community and thought it was interesting they’re running a contest where whoever brings in the most members wins a bundle of products but here’s the part that stood out: barely anyone is participating yet sounds like someone could win with just a handful of referrals — prize includes things like: • supplements • electrolytes • collagen • wellness products • a few extras they’re still adding — not saying go all in… but if you’re already trying to grow or bring people into communities, could be worth checking out 👉 https://www.skool.com/holistically/about?ref=a698df2748834151ba70554b02670185 @Laura Williams, MBA, Ed.S

Thanks for sharing!
Yeah nah? Nah yeah? Yeah nah yeah?
What are your thoughts on this: ✔️ More visibilty ✔️ More connections ✔️ More growth (your members, your community!) ✔️ More focus on the real value you are providing! ❌ Not being active all the time ❌ Not having to be everywhere ❌ Less promoting ❌ Less building alone... I am as confused as you are about the options below by the way. Gotta love Australian English! Can the Aussies here please correct me if I am wrong, I wouldn't be surprised there's more to it.😜

#Friend Friday March 6
Today is the day to share about communities other than your own that you think are valuable and that others would benefit from. IN THE COMMENTS BELOW: please share the name of the group/owner and a link as well as an explanation of why you think it is an amazing place. Don't just copy and paste the About page... 😉 Also, make sure you tag or DM the owner if they are not in this group and let them know. you mentioned them here. I guarantee, you will make their day and quite possibly their weekend! Posts in the main feed will be deleted. You have been warned... 😉

This is a great group to help you learn how to monetize. I am grateful for my new friend and his new community From $0 → first $1 on Skool. Grow your Skool through simple attempts, real feedback, and a Live Sprint. This group has been great!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas (if you celebrate)! For some of us, today is Boxing Day and a welcome day of rest and relaxation with the family. My 6 yo asked this morning why it's called Boxing Day, which resulted in a huge debate about the origins of the holiday. In a day and age when answers are so easily found online, it was kind of nice to sit and argue about all of our personal preconceived notions about the holiday... For those of you who are new (and there are a lot of you!) we are so glad that you are joining us! Since the main community is for promoting your own personal groups and services, we like to take Friday to look outward and share about the communities of others that we think are particularly beneficial and that others would like to know about. This is the only place/time where it's okay to share affiliate links (please disclose in your comment if your link is an affiliate link). IN THE COMMENTS BELOW, please share the name of a community that you think others would like to know about. Provide some context about who it's for and how they will benefit. Include the link, and then also mention or DM the person who owns the group to let them know you promoted them in the Classifieds. i guarantee you will make their day! #FriendFriday recommendations made in new posts will be deleted.
