Meeting Recap : 1-23-2026 | Session by @Sandy Chapman This session centered on finding harmony between productivity and self-care, helping participants explore how to honor both current capacity and future goals. The conversation included strategies for meal planning, surgery recovery, managing teaching schedules, and integrating wellness practices into busy lives. Coach introduced the concept of “becoming and being”, emphasizing alignment between desires and available capacity, while participants shared practical experiences balancing work, rest, and mental clarity. Key Themes & Insights - Structuring schedules with integrity: balancing work, rest, and curiosity - Aligning action with future self goals and nervous system needs - Practical strategies for creating time blocks for rejuvenation and deep work - Using guided breathing and reflective practices to assess capacity - Honoring unique paths without comparison Next Steps - All participants: Schedule at least one block for future self-work, one for rest/rejuvenation, and one “Wonder Time” block for unstructured reflection. - All participants: Implement a weekly review to plan time blocks aligned with well-being and future goals. - Jacalyn: Share details about the upcoming kirtan event in the WPA group/forum. Hi everyone! Hope all is well. I have an ask: I am going to be published in the next "Mastery Code Volume II: Mental Health Matters". I contributed a chapter discussing my own mental health journey and mapping my healing to Ayurvedic principles. I'm currently looking for people to read my chapter and write a kind testimonial on it for the book's release. It's a short read, and it would help me tremendously!
