Check in: I’m grateful that my father in law is feeling better today and that we can ease abit and rest. January so far has felt like one big recovery from all sorts, which is good. Giving myself permission to not do much other than draw and make art, go on long walks and eat yummy seasonal fruit. Rest and slow motion big yes!
