I've just gotten over an almost month long cold and haven't worked out at home or the gym for about a month..Where do I start? Feeling better this week so I did 45 minute treadmill and today did Tabata 5 rounds and little bit of strength. What should I do next week to get back in the habit

@Alyssa Furukawa thanks! 3-4 times a week and mostly focusing in strength training..building muscle bc at my age..now is the time..lol
