The very first day I had the idea for this community, I thought that I would make it possible for people to purchase a pinned post. Then, I started running the community and became a pin hog and felt like I couldn't give up the premium real estate. I wanted everyone who was new to see the Start Here post, and I wanted everyone in the community to see important notifications and hashtag days. But more and more people have been asking for the ability to get their posts pinned to the top for a certain length of time. I also want to keep some of the pinned posts because I think they are important for setting the tone of the community and keeping you apprised of important information, but if I could open up one pinned post spot, what would it be worth to you to have that spot for 48 hours (if anything)? Just to be clear - you would write the post and I would pin it. It would not be coming directly from me. Also please note that if you give a masterclass in the community (as a premium member), I will create my own post promoting your masterclass. Please vote and then share your comments below:

A lot of people say you can’t build a business on referrals alone. Truth is… they’re right if you don’t give them consistently. You can’t expect people to send you opportunities if you’re not out there doing the same for others. Reciprocity matters. But just giving referrals isn’t the whole equation either. You need a system. A way to: - Give referrals - Receive referrals - Ask for referrals…in a way that’s simple, repeatable, and crystal clear. If people don’t know exactly who to refer to you, it won’t happen consistently. So here’s the test I use 👇 Pick the perfect referral for you.Then go on LinkedIn. Search that person’s description. Filter by “People.” If your search shows up empty or you don’t know what to type... referrals won’t find you either. But if your search shows 5-10 pages of results? You’re onto something. Now, it’s just a matter of consistently asking for them. I get anywhere from 7–20 referrals every week, and it’s not magic. It’s because: - I’ve made it easy for people to know who to refer. - I have a system to ask (consistently). - And people trust that when they refer someone to me, they’ll be taken care of. Trust is key. If you don’t deliver what you promise, people will stop referring. So if you’ve been wondering why you’re not getting referrals—look at your clarity, your consistency, and your follow-through. Create a brand new post outlining a myth that people have about your area of expertise or the topic of your group. Use a compelling hook in your title, describe the myth, and then explain why it's a myth. Finish off the post by inviting people to check out your group to learn more. Then, find two other posts to be enlightened by and leave a comment. Don't get too wordy. There's a fine line between too much info and not enough info. Trust me. I go over the line all the time! 😂 TIP: Hashtag prompts are bonus prompts, so if you do this post, you still get your promo post of the day. 😉 I can't wait to see what myths you bust!

I don't really want to do this because I'm not 100% sure I care about a star. I mean, I'm a competitive person, so I'm always going to strive for the star in life, but for my business, I try really hard to focus only on what truly matters - getting amazing results for my students/clients/members. Having said that, we are soooooo close to getting a star (top 30 in your category), that it would kind of be a shame to not do a final push for the top!!!
