How do I pull dynamic contact name for AI caller? Also, is it best to let the AI do a full 2 - 3 min convo, or connect and transfer to live person?

You can insert custom fields directly into the prompt. For your second question, totally depends on your goal. If you’re just trying to book an appointment then the Ai should be able to easily handle it. If you’re trying to sell something then maybe transfer to human

@Jorden Williams , My clients calls keep dropping after 33 seconds. Verizon cell number forwarding to GHL number to Assistable number. Is this the best set up or am I missing something? Thanks, Joel

@Joel M You don’t need the GHL number at all for ai voice assistant. You can route all The missed calls directly to the assistable phone number

In Voice Lab, are your assistants failing to greet normally? My current assistant says "{{assistant's greeting}}" every time despite prompting it directly not to do so. Doesn't matter which version of GPT I'm using.

Accent non-english
Hello,Are there other users working with non-English languages who are experiencing issues where the accent is no longer correct or has changed compared to before? We are building Dutch voicebots with a Flemish accent, but none of them are producing the correct accent anymore. We have tested multiple voices, including cloned ones, yet they all revert to a standard Dutch accent. Is anyone else facing the same issue, or is there a known limitation or recent change that could explain this behavior?
