I've gone through some of the daily exercises and I appreciate the guidance of relaxing our nervous system in order to allow presence to prevail. I'm paraphrasing, but I like how Pavel mentioned that our nervous system is the vehicle for our awareness. I also want to share that I have a personal practice that allows me to quickly drop into a relaxed state of pure loving awareness. I discovered it by accident as a teenager by the strong urge to sit still and simply be "transparent". I would do this every chance I had between classes, meals, or upon waking. I must have done it 6x-8x a day, even for just 5 minutes. It was such a beautiful relief for me at that time that I wished I could do it all day. So on my 22nd birthday, I sat on top of a mountain above my hometown and water fasted with 1 gallon of water for 4 days. I didn't want to come down. If I didn't have to go back to school, I would have been up there for another week. I didn't share this with anyone because no one around me spoke about these kinds of experiences and it was so sacred to me that I kept it to myself, in a way to protect it. It was only until recent that I found a mentor who taught me that what I was practicing is a form of meditation and have since learned to cultivate it with daily practice. He calls it the "Practice of Yes". Anything that comes to our awareness, be it in the form of thoughts, emotions or physical sensations... everything is accepted without judgement, without resistance. A simple "Yes" to everything in our field awareness, our circumstances, our relationships. There is no seeking to change anything outside of, or within, "what is" here and now. I call it "Being Transparent", because the "I" that is my self dissolves into "All" that is. There is no separation between the outer and the inner. The depth of this field of awareness varies from moment to moment and by relaxing deeper into it, without effort, without expectation or desire other than to simply be, it tends to surprise me with a peak Awareness that is intimately known beyond words. I dissolve into the home of this Ultimate Reality. Truly Awake. So much so, that when I'm back to this so-called "normal" physical localized awareness, I am aware that this life I am living is the Dream, and who I really am is the Dreamer.

@Pavel Aeon, I was introduced to your work through BrainTap. I've been using it since 2023 at least 3x a day. At first it was for helping me sleep. But then I got a meditation mentor who helped me go deeper into my psyche and face the traumas that where negatively affecting my health, work and relationships. I was gently guided into deeper states of awareness that brought me home to feel safe in my body. Not only that, but tearing the veil of physical identity and embody the knowing of who and what we are. Like the mythological quest of finding the truest treasure inside ourselves. The Pearl of Consciousness. Our life is the dream and we are the journey of the soul. It's a pleasure to have found your work and be a part of what you are doing to build community and grow our awareness of interconnectedness, of consciously accessing the unifying force of love that we are and bringing people together to witness and support each other towards healing the state the find ourselves in. I have a daily mediation practice where I take a moment to bask my awareness and rest in the undivided attention of the eternal present about 3x-5x a day. Typically for 20min at a time. Some days, when I'm obligated to other tasks, I might get by with a break of just 5 minutes of focused breathing, and other times I find myself not wanting to do anything else but rest in bliss all day. And as the rhythms of the body and relationship responsibilities call for my attention, this awareness continues to bleed into the moment to moment actions and events of the day. Breathwork is a large part of settling in to relaxation. I typically breathe intentionally with a full body scan, from the inside of my mouth, nose ears, from the top of my head down to each individual toe. Once I'm relaxed, I allow thoughts to flow as I bear witness to them, noticing what patterns of thought arise, emotions and physical sensations associated with those rhythms. Eventually, one by one, the traction that my mind holds on to any of these releases until thoughts and visions flow effortlessly, sensations and emotions flow in a state of presence, like surfing a wave. Every now and then, it goes super deep beyond words. But I'm seeking to achieve or experience anything. There is no goal. It's just simply being. We have access to bliss at all times. The miracle of life is such a gift! Blessed to be here with you all :)

I like how it observed how our Awareness is expressed through our nervous system, behavior and identity, etc... One of the docs summed it up for me very well with "When identity, nervous system, behavior, and values align, outcomes arrive naturally". That pretty much says it all. I took notes and crossed out some of the wording that felt like it was speaking to me from a place of separateness/ otherness and rephrased it in the way it Feels like for me. Anytime I hear or read as if it's suggesting that I am "seeking" something, it shows that we are speaking to our Ego and pointing towards our Higher Self. For me personally, it's not about aligning myself with any Goal as much as it is to simply Let Go and Relax into what is Present in this moment, because that is all there is. So my take is that it's not so much about "Manifesting" anything as much as it is to simply "Be". If there is a conscious Desire to Seek anything at all for me, it is to Simply Relax. Relax the body, nervous system, patterns of thought and action... a surrendering of all Awareness to the Reality of the Eternal Now. That's where everything Exists, past present and future, for forever and ever. Everything we need or feel we might lack at any given moment is complete in a state of Presence, and a freedom from anything that has held us hostage in the past in the form of an identity, or a tension held by the contemplation of a mysterious future is in this moment complete. In that surrender, our old riddles, pleasures, desires and pain collapse into a Manifested Reality, and these Signals or Points of Attraction that have hypnotized our Awareness are then completely quenched and fulfilled. Their purpose resolve into a state of Presence that any previous sense of separation is then fully integrated and effortlessly understood. The idea of "Manifestation" to me is then not about fulfilling any wishful desires as much as it is an act of "Being" in a state of Awareness of the Love that we are. That is not something one needs to seek, as it is simply what we are. In that sense, the world within us and outside of use becomes a field in which we can dance through, where every challenge, encounter and reward, from quenching our hunger or thirst to the unravelling of our sense of self and relating to others is accepted as the simple consequence of being alive. A state of Manifestation holds no resistance to What Is. The challenge then remains to continue to Relax our Awareness and allow our Love to Expand into the areas that continue to challenge us, areas where we resist integration, from negative self beliefs to the inevitable emotional and physical pain that comes with having a body.
