This is awesome! Thank you for the breakdown. I agree what you said about not needing more information. Connection is key. I feel I'm always chasing more information when I need to connect more fully to myself and to others.

I was so grateful to be included in this class! Patrick is a human guidebook for how to do what Fairy summed up for me so eloquently…..creating a new bridged business model. One that paves the way for others to not only live with a regulated nervous system, but to have a career that does as well. To “bridge” your dreams and your flow state into a career that acts like a beacon. I have been at a crossroads between bringing a product that I believe was divined to me into fruition and creating art. Patrick said “why choose?” Why not do both? Exactly…. I had to leave the meeting a few minutes early, but I left feeling lighter and supported. Seen!! Thank you 2.0 team for your flashlights that point the way to something new.

Thanks for sharing your story! Some of us may be in a similar situation where it seems like we have to pick one path. I think it depends on your passion and drive towards those things and the time you set aside to devote to it. I'm curious about your business idea. It seemed really interesting!! Good luck!

Question to those of you who were in the group or watched the replay, when it came to visualizing a color you saw when you imagined the love we were feeling and sending as a group, how did it appear in your mind? I saw an orange pink glow. 💗 Afterwards I had this inclination to stay awake later (it was almost 4 am Germany time for me!) and pray 🙏 towards my loved ones near and far. The color changed to more of a sparkling red in these swirling beams that looked like strings

@Zhyra Pxent despite everything doing well, thank you. Yesterday I did intentional breathing a few times throughout my day. During a time I would normally get anxious or scared to speak out to others during a group call, there was a calmness instead, less doubt that my words had meaning and did matter. I was not as afraid to share. I am grateful for that. How are you doing?

@Pavel Aeon Thank you so much! 🙏 yes, I do believe creating clarity, energy and direction is the right path and doing better at grounding myself. My goal is to spend time each day in a guided meditation and also utilize breathing techniques throughout the day to maintain a nervous system balance

My biggest wins started with having less fear speaking out for myself. Usually there's this bubbling anxiety when I'd like to share something with a group, this time happened to be a zoom call. That feeling had melted away and I was more calm. I also got really sick yesterday and took a knee when I needed to, normally I would push through, but gave my body the rest and nourishment I needed and felt almost 100% today. I feel like I'm listening to my body more, putting my phone away. I do still tend to have times it takes a while to shut my brain down and calm my reactions to triggers, but it's getting better. I have been using some of the different breathing techniques from the classroom throughout the day and aiming to complete a guided meditation in the classroom at least once a day with everyday except yesterday completed.
