Day 4: assessment : I'll share a bit, try not to write a novel. Health 6, mental 7, heart 8, how connected 4, relationship 6, career 3. I thought I felt healthier, but thinking closely it makes sense- things like hydration and rest I sometimes neglect. What became clearer was that the overall is affected by the connectedness. Acknowledging and connecting the whole together is the way to progress in all. What I'm finally becoming honest about is my worry for other's health and well-being I do not take enough time or conscious thought to mindfully care for myself. Taking this time for me is important but there are other aspects to not forget like presence and connection with others, recognizing current states and how to move through them in a healthy way. Finding the balance moving forward will be the key

STATE OF COHESION™ May 20th - REPLAY + INTEGRATION
Beautiful friends, Thank you for gathering with us for tonight’s State of Cohesion™ inside Earth 2.0. What we experienced tonight was not just a livestream. It was a collective nervous system reset. A shared field of breath, presence, intention, release, and remembrance. In a world constantly pulling us into stimulation, urgency, and fragmentation, tonight was an opportunity to slow down…to reconnect…and to remember what coherence actually feels like in the body. We began by returning to the breath. Not just breathing through the nose and lungs…but breathing through the entire body.Slowing down enough to reconnect with the present moment and the deeper intelligence within us. Together, we explored the power of: • Nervous system regulation • Collective coherence and co-regulation • Breath as a bridge between stress and clarity • Releasing emotional and energetic residue from the past month • Accepting the present moment with compassion instead of resistance • Calling in a more aligned future through intention and embodiment• Moving from survival mode into conscious creation One of the deepest reminders from tonight: Breath is what we are born with.Breath is what we leave with.And what happens between the first and last breath shapes the quality of our life. Throughout the experience, we moved through 3 intentional breath rounds: PAST — Cleansing & ReleasingWe breathed through old emotions, doubts, stress, toxic patterns, relationship residue, and energetic heaviness from the last month. PRESENT — Acceptance & AwarenessWe brought awareness to what keeps repeating in our lives and practiced accepting ourselves, others, and our current reality with greater compassion and presence. FUTURE — Activation & EmbodimentWe breathed into the next version of ourselves.Into strength.Into abundance.Into clarity.Into joy.Into remembering who we truly are. And perhaps most importantly… We did it together. As we shared on the call:when people breathe together in coherence, we amplify one another.

I've been away for the past week on vacation with family. this reset was great. I'm glad to reconnect with you all. This helped me put some aspects of my life into perspective, focus to where I can build a good routine to support goals in my relationships and professional development. I can do it, and I have ideas on where to aim. I also will shift some things that aren't working and narrow to what does work best for my life. Thank you all and I appreciate you sharing this gift of breath with us ❤️
THE NEXT GENERATION NEEDS THIS MOST - Big Inspiration doing breath work from kiddos in Beirut
t’s been a few years since we were in Beirut curating retreats, workshops, and nervous system experiences… And seeing these videos today touched my heart deeply. To witness children now practicing breathwork, regulation, presence, and emotional awareness reminds me why this work matters so much. Because in today’s world, our children are growing up inside levels of stimulation, stress, screens, emotional overload, and nervous system activation that humanity has never experienced before. And yet… Children are incredibly adaptive when given the right tools. Research continues to show that conscious breathing, mindfulness, movement, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation practices can help support: • emotional resilience• stress reduction• improved focus & learning• emotional regulation• better sleep• social connection & empathy• reduced anxiety symptoms• healthier brain development The nervous system of a child is constantly learning from the environment around them. Not only from words…But from energy.From safety.From co-regulation.From the emotional state of the adults around them. This is why the future of healing is not just individual. It is generational. Teaching children how to breathe…How to slow down…How to feel safe in their body…How to process emotions instead of suppressing them… May be one of the greatest gifts we can offer the future of humanity. Watching these beautiful young souls practicing together all the way in Beirut filled me with so much hope. The next generation is watching us.Learning from us.Feeling everything around us. And maybe Earth 2.0 truly begins when we stop teaching children only how to achieve… And start teaching them how to regulate, feel, connect, and simply be. This is great! I was pleasantly surprised to learn my son in prek was being taught breathing practice. He was teaching me rainbow breathing, visualizing a color of the rainbow during focused breath. We do some breathing together ❤️ and my daughter is also breathing with us.

@Olena Wilson Yes! and I also think about proximity to my kids--how their development is so quick, distance is better than close. I don't let my kids have ipads or use my phone. I know we can't protect ourselves from everything, but if we know something causes harm, we should at least make some effort to mitigate

@Pavel Aeon The talk was very insightful! Thank you for sharing your journey. I thought that the idea of having genes identified to increase the internal knowledge of what may be more helpful for each individual was so awesome. I work with people with exercise, so knowing we can glean some of this info from genes is helpful
