I have difficulties to gain full control over my new abilities. I have now strong control over my body. I need only half of sleeping time now, can fall asleep in 10 minutes and can make pain vanish. I stopped eating for 4 days without being hungry. Temperature was above 40 degrees and I did not sweat or felt too hot. I don't need sunglasses anymore. I could materialize objects (not stable), could let blow the wind through my will and even manifested a little storm (with large effort). Some things work and others not. I tried to attract money but that doesn't work so far. I would like to learn how to execute controlled materialization, how to achieve healing abilities, telekinesis, mind/thought reading and many more abilities. I know we work through emitting higher frequencies and that's the main part but I think it would be helpful to expand my/your ability spectrum. What do you think?
