Hello, Today I started using the BrainTap app, and I find it really interesting—it feels good and seems beneficial. I’ve also been using the Welltory app for some time, which measures HRV, emotional state, energy levels, stress, and more. What I’ve noticed in Welltory is that there seems to be a lack of coherence between my brain, my breathing, respiratory system and the heart. They don’t feel synchronized or in harmony. It almost feels like my vagus nerve is not well connected with my brain. So my question for you is: within the BrainTap app, which sessions, topics, or titles would be most appropriate to help me restore coherence between these systems? Today, I tried a session focused on the vagus nerve for the first time, but I’m wondering if there’s a more strategic approach or specific combination of sessions I should follow? Thank you
good question you’re on the right track 😊 what you’re feeling is normal your body just needs more balance not that anything is broken keep using the vagus nerve sessions those are good 👍 also try sessions about: - stress relief - relaxation - heart brain balance - breathing don’t switch too much pick 1 or 2 and stay with them for a couple weeks ⏳ also do slow breathing daily even 5 minutes helps a lot 🫶

Breathwork to me….
We live in this world feeling like a human….singular. But one necessary part of being human is breathing. Breathing is simply taking in your environment, taking in what surrounds you, and exhaling it after it has been filtered through you. The exhaled air is charged with intention and emotions and wishes. When we inhale again we are in essence, breathing in the intentions and wishes of others. It connects us. Inspires us. And when we collect and breath together with a singular goal, it is exponentially stronger. Intentions and wishes that are breathed with force create a ripple. A wave of many wishes that are in unison. It has unseen force. And it awakens a primal part of your essence. One your body remembers. One that was coded in your very being. And that’s why breathwork works.
