Newbie + Auction partners
Again thanks @Travis Sago for the opportunity. This is my second time creating this intro the first sucked and I didnt get to say what I wanted to say and ask. Ronin newbie here. Glad to be here AGAIN 😀When I left Ronin the first time the idea of the partner stuff stuck with me even though a lot of the other stuff was confusing but I understand it a lot more now. Below are some things I would like anyones advice or help with please. 1- I already see what I want to do based on everything I know from the FIRE group and from the outside looking in after my Ronin free trial had ended. What I want to focus on is Auction Partners. With that said, what training should I start with? Right now I only have the Pop-Up Auction training. What else should go along with that, such as a supplemental training or a “need-to-know” type of training? Or is it only that training? 2- I do have a person with a 7k email list, mostly built from Substack and LinkedIn. I’m trying to get her to bring all those people over to Skool, start running auctions, and monetize in other ways. She also needs to improve her relationship with them to boost engagement. She has a low-ticket offer that I helped her sell. She sold three of them at $500 each using Mitch Miller’s (the copywriter in Thailand) sales page template, which I then pieced together with AI. She also has a high-ticket offer that ranges from $5k to $17k. Her niche and offers are centered on helping people get to the root of what is sabotaging their results, success, and life without relying on surface-level approaches like journaling or therapy. The low-ticket product is a self-paced, DIY-style program, while the high-ticket offer is delivered with a certified doctor. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. I should also add that I ran a test to see if her audience would respond to a different, money-driven offer. Basically, I asked if they would be interested in learning how to increase their profits by 25%, like one of her other clients did. That test only generated about 1 response. The open rate was decent, but I cannot remember the exact number. The results overall were poor.

@Travis Sago Good morning in Japanese! Awesome! Here's something to add to your gee wiz collection...I can "sing" the Old Macdonald song in Japanese.
Create value out of thin air
There is exceptionally crafted jewelry on Etsy that sells for super cheap. You can find pieces with materials, quality, and design as good as TIffany & Co. selling for a 10th the price. (Barely over the price of materials)... At first I thought the issue was audience size and awareness. However, many of these artists have tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of followers on social. Might not be as many as LVHM but certainly enough to have people in their audience that can afford $500-$1k jewelry. So why are these artists selling for so little (if at all)? IMO... Story and location. These artist have a product description like "[type of stone] on sterling silver wire." That's it. "The work is supposed to speak for itself" or some BS like that. And they're selling on Etsy (location). Which is a marketplace that turns their unique art into a commodity. "Why should I pay $500 for a necklace from this artist when I can pay $60 for something looks nearly identical on the next listing over?" My point I think there's an arbitrage play here. Consign or buy some jewelry from half dozen artists. Create a quick Shopify store with a luxury feel and add a compelling story to each piece... Now you have more than just jewelry. You have art. Charge 5x-10x what the original artist sells it for. Your story added to each piece of jewelry creates value out of thin air. J. Peterman catalog has done this for decades with clothing. Their clothing is nice but it's not special. The J. Peterman Catalog writes a paragraph story to go with the clothing... They paint a picture of the dream and life of someone who wears the clothing... And sell a shirt for $120 that would have otherwise sold for $30. Something else J. Peterman does? They don't use pictures of the clothing. (At least not for their "Owner's Manual" products.) They use drawings. Another way they remove comparison - making the price more elastic. It's not a rental model like Travis prefers.

That's rad. I wonder if there's a community play there too. Could be where the exclusive deals are. I'll bet auctions could work there...especially for unique pieces. Plus what else are those people interested in buying? Very intriguing. Ya I'm obsessed with community plays. I'll bet it would fairly simple to put an operator in there.

Also, what could the jewelry be bundled with to create big ticket offers?
Million Dollar Investor (Training Wheels)
I started learning to invest dead ass broke and with ZERO bucks. It doesn’t require money to step into the investor stance. Most peeps are not investors at all. They are speculators at best, gamblers at the worst. Why? Because they never learned to invest WITHOUT money. Becoming just an “okay” investor will put you ahead of 99.9% of the population. Once you learn to invest WITHOUT money… You will be DEADLY with a few bucks. Over 50 of you said let’s test this Skool live thingy! It’s happening. Do you want me to do our first Skool live on: Million Dollar Investor Training Wheels? “Yay” “Nay” “Another suggestion” 👇 If I don’t get enough “yay”… We’ll pick another topic. Rooting for Ya, Travis

[Case Study] The One That Started It All (BEAMER)
I had a conversation with Travis yesterday morning and something rather profound came from it. I've been so successful with what I've learned from Travis and being in his world that: Not once in the last 5+ years, have I taken the time, even once, to share a single, juicy win. There have been many. As a result? I've made millions of dollars for the people I've partnered with, and even got to keep a little for myself! 😃 So here's what I'm going to do. Share a case study of the one that started it all. My first BEAMER deal. January 2020. Case Study => https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Xqe1hGAX8HAKgJMTD-CluwTH-nESvvzKUBKF3IRV8P4/edit?usp=sharing In sharing this case study, I now realize I have four more in me, all bigger than this, one ended up doing $3.2 million.

This deserves to be bumped up. I’ve read through that doc a few times. The amount of value that can be extracted from that is insane. It’s a masterclass in so many things. ESPECIALLY listening to the market. The guy you’re interviewing reveals soooo much present pain/challenges he was having. EVERYONE wanting to do deals should study that doc. Can’t believe that was your first BEAMER deal. Well done!
