🎉 BIG NEWS FOR MY Agency Scaling Secrets MEMBERS!
This could be a huge week for a few of you reading this. The kind of week you look back as a pivotal turning point in your journey as an agency owner. Now, I know that's a big promise. But I can deliver - so stick with me for 1 min & read this entire post or you’ll miss your chance before it goes away. Let me explain: About 2 years ago, I had a serious problem going on with how I was operating my agency. Without going into the full drama, I basically was about ready to throw in the towel and completely give up on my agency. It was a strange time to be considering this because we were actually growing really steadily. I had paid ads bringing me a 15X ROAS, some months we brought on 16 new clients. We were even right around the “magic” 7 figure run rate mark in cash collected each month. However, I had endless client dramas, sales team members would come and go causing a lot of volatility, I was having endless team meetings, still taking sales calls here and there to pick up the slack etc. I was working 12-15 hours a day and there was a thought I just couldn’t shake from my mind. “This isn’t what I signed up for…” When I asked myself, is this all worth it? When I was honest with myself the answer was no. I was stressed, burnt out, in “golden handcuffs” and not enjoying the business. I was paying the bills (handsomely as well) But I KNEW… THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY. And then BAM, it happened. During this difficult time, I decided to flip the traditional agency model on it’s head completely, that if it worked it would mean I’d be making the same if not MORE profit from my business with less than HALF the work. I thought to myself, "ya right, can this really work?” But when you are desperate enough and have your back against the wall - you’re open to any possibility, no matter what it takes. Well, I’ll tell you right now…. … I’m sooo thankful I did open up my eyes and committed to myself to this solution because today - I’ve made it a reality. Because of that decision, my life & agency has completely transformed.

anyone here in the home improvement niche?

be careful when sourcing a media buyer without knowing the basics yourself. You could hire a scrub without even knowing and burn through clients and also money. try going on FB ad library to get inspiration on what's working

Hiring Contractors
Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing good! I just wanted to ask how do you guys identify a good contractor and how to tell if they are a bad one, in this case I'm running Google Ads and was wondering what criteria should I evaluate them on?

If they get results and can show you the method and metrics then they are good. somebody that can change the actual content/offer/landing page rather than just the targeting is good
Effective Lead Follow-ups for Real Estate Agents
In the real estate niche, when we generate leads for our clients with the goal of turning them into appointments, is it better for the clients to call and schedule appointments themselves, or should we handle the scheduling for them? Which approach is recommended and why? @Liam Casey

personally using appointment setters for my agency. We found real estate agents on average are terrible at speed to lead and follow up so we do it for them
AI Chatbot
Anybody use a software like Appointwise to book appointments on behalf of your clients?

GoHighLevel has the ability to use chatgpt now. We've just been using that. It's not as good as a lot of the other ones but way cheaper and easier to rebill clients. gets the job done
