Morning walk
The clouds were lovely this morning. It was a beautiful 60° with a breeze. Last night went better than the night before but still 3 wake ups but easier to get back down. I got just over 6hrs of sleep but I am still tired.

Strong!
It’s Saturday! Riley woke up at 3am-ish. So, I figured I would stay up and get my workout done once she was settled again. Second day of Dig In and it’s still no joke! I’m still finding it hard to get comfortable in some moves that I know I was doing so well this time last year. But, again, giving myself grace as I’ll get back to that again, soon. My goal is still to get back to my prepregnancy weight by the end of the year. It’ll be hard, but I’ve done hard things before. Anyways, I feel like I’m getting stronger again. I’m starting to lift heavier weights and focusing on the engaging the muscles during the workout. I’ve noticed a difference. My wrist isn’t as sore as it was a few weeks ago, and I’ve been able to hold a bear for longer. Still a work in progress.
