Alright, finally got around to posting in this! usually I’m pretty good at keeping up with updates, but lately, not so much! Anyways — I’m Stephanie, living in Coatesville, PA. I have a 6 yr old little boy, almost 7! And a little girl on the way, due in December on my son’s birthday. (Nope, we didn’t plan that! lol ) My health and fitness journey has been all over the place my entire life. But, in the last handful of years I’ve finally been able to take control and figure out what works for me. Come the new year, I plan to get back into my routine of heavy lifting and getting back to where I was this time last year!
