What does wellness look like growing your business?
Many of us refuse to burnout as we once may have, yet what does that look like to still grow your business with ease and holistic wellness? Here's the 2 questions I'd love your feedback on (or feel free to answer at least one): 1. Challenge: What's a question or roadblock you're dealing during perimenopause, or in general health wise, as you age that you'd love support with as you grow your business? Ie. poor sleep, stiff joints, onsetting arthritis, poor recovery from injury, chronic pain, less mobility, ADHD lack of focus, scattered energy, negative moods, less energy, distracted by kids/news/scrolling, etc. 2. Goals: What are your biggest health and wellness goals or ideal wellness desires you'd like to have as you age and why? Ie. deeper sleep, more energy at end of day, strong health habits and discipline, flatter tummy, less cravings, more focus and presence, more quality connection with family, prioritizing self care consistently, etc. After I compile your questions and goals, I'll make the Q&A video and share it back here in the community!

1. For me, lack of focus is an issue - there is just so much to manage in life. I do have arthritis in both knees and stiff joints and overall slowing are definitely a challenge as I age. Getting in time for well being along with all of the other changes in schedules & life seems to be an ongoing challenge. 2. The goal I have is to develop strong healthy habits as the cor and foundation, so that my nutrition, sleep , exercise, quieting and play are the key pillars and everything else flows from there. This leads to what I really want - flexibility, endurance, stress management with ease, improved focus and mental agility, joy in my work, gratitude and greater, consistent energy. I have my focus often backwards, too often focused on needs of the moment, addressing challenges, other commitments and this is where my focus goes out. My goal is well being first.

@Katherine Van Slyke I hear you Katherine. I'm continuing on with the practice too for now. It's like there is more to do right now with this tool. It seems to me like the five days were gone so fast I hardly got moving yet!

@Elizabeth Nicholls Yes, resistance in my body feels similar to resistance in my mind! That is surprising to me.
Day 4 Power of 100% - Get it Done Challenge
Day 4 challenge is to time yourself as you complete action 3 with 100% presence, observing any resistance that arise, and respond to those challenges to get your action done. Respond below: 1. How many minutes did your action take? 2. Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10, while completing action 3 of how 100% present you were (1: you got lost in your thoughts, not in body, not present, 10: fully present, feeling all senses, allowed resistance to flow through) and anything you discovered or observed in taking action 3. 3. Comment on 2 other people's posts.

@Brooke Haynes Way to go! Had a similar experience just now. I thought let's continue this 100% focus on another task now. Got a bit sidetracked! 7.

@Heather Kohlmeister I think for me I see a lot is related to all of these factors - the length, my energy, my interest and state of mind, the focus required, is there any waiting involved, etc. There is that opportunity of noticing and returning and practicing. Noticing has me curious to practice, as a game, digest and learn and move to the next task. Thanks.

For me, it is 1) continuing to engage with community here, and seeing what opens up in the sharing, 2) including Qigong sessions together and with video or self directed other days as a source of self love, empowerment and part of my well being routine. I have not completed the five day yet as I am going back to the 100% piece. I was joining from a place that was not conducive to 100% present. 😊
