Two things One yesterday evening I thought to myself (as I have been struggling to get out of a content slump) man id love a 30 day content challenge... Ask and you shall receive i guess ha! Two I am doing a 6 week rebounding challenge and the question of the challenge along with the daily exercise is... what needs to RIP for you to live in your highest and best? Also some astrological thing also posed a similar question. The answer is percolating, I want to say something as general as 'self sabotage' but I think the deeper more productive answer wouldbe the habits that the sabotage operates through. Poor time management consuming more than I create Avoiding setting up my office for filming Letting myself get behind on laundry Over commiting to helping family Having too many out of the house commitments in a row Avoiding weaning my 14 month old/sleep training Not doing my daily non negotiables All of this avoidance is fear of finally becoming the person ive been manifesting. Thats not to say I haven’t been doing things because i have made significant progress. but if im chopping something its one of these or multiple things. What would support me in doing that is a daily practice that supports my mindset and nervous system safety. My vision for October could be summed up with making my business tasks a habit and not sacrificing them even when life gets busy or I get discouraged
Should we do a 30 Day "GROW YOUR SKOOL" Challenge in October?
If 75 People comment YES or drop a GIF below ... before the end of the month I'll set it up for October.

Yes!!!!!!!!! I love the momentum of a challenge
Action taken ✔️
This week I realized something important. I was using the coaching group here on Skool almost like a dopamine hit—scrolling, reading, liking, and participating gave me the feeling that I was moving forward, but in reality I was tricking myself into thinking I was being more productive than I was. That’s not to say you shouldn’t be an active member in this group—it’s valuable to participate. But it’s also important to notice when you’re over-committing to learning mode without taking action. Learning and action work best in sequence: you learn, then you act, then you learn again. I had to discern within myself where I was in that cycle. Otherwise I risked falling into the trap of consuming someone else’s strategy, getting my hopes high, failing to implement, and crashing down again. I’m sure many of you can relate to that. So I stepped back and used the week to focus on the actual foundation of my business. Here’s what I got done: Transferred all of my group coaching material from Stan.store over to Skool Created the September lesson for my group Got really clear on my offer, my stack, and how I’m going to sell it Collected two new testimonials For the week ahead, my next actions are: Finish my About page Post an invitation for participants to join the case study at beta pricing under the new structure In my free community, structure the “Start Here” segment and refine the About page Continue showing up with consistent content It feels good to be shifting from seeking dopamine to building solid foundations. Grateful to be here

@Amy Long I hear you! I am not longer allowed to buy group or self paced courses anymore. Action only in this sprint. ❤️
Gem - 7-Figure Skool Engine takeaways
(I still need to circle back to do a proper intro, but the wisdom nuggets felt more exciting to start with.) 1. The number that actually matters : profit I’m shocked. While waiting at the doctor’s office, I saw a segment of the news covering this, essentially explaining what was a profit margin. I thought to myself: Do ppl have businesses and just wing it? Slightly mind-blown. 2. There’s an identity shift that happens at every level. ‘Less strategy, and more therapy.’ 3. Be resilient with the tool you're working with. Focus. 4. Get good at sales. It’s actually just about helping people… in advance for free. Generosity is king. 5. Leveraging AI as your community manager to take over actions, not replace your voice. => Something that feels edgy: Running ads. These emojis describes it perfectly: 😐🫣😳 And at the same time… the idea of saying goodbye to funnels and leveraging community for nurturing. This feels like some hidden illegal secret. => Personal thought: Re emotional pain not being something we can tangibly see or measure. Having personally (and supporte ppl who) struggle(d) with dysregulation, I would say that the before/after of cultivating inner peace can be equal if no more beneficial than fixing a broken arm. I can function with a sore arm. I couldn’t function with a sore nervous system... Food for thought! Liz

Liz, we are birds of a feather 😀 i do agree that healingnervous system dysfunction is just as incredible as healing any physical pain. I was cringe watching that part being like does what I do not count?! And the circling back to yes and having transformation up front in the marketing as well as symptoms focused messaging helps the customer see themselves in the pain and ache for the tool to solve it.
💎 Gem - Lever 1: Self-leadership
Takeaways > my thoughts - Have your aspirations printed and review day/night > desktop vision boards can be distracting - Don't underestimate your choice of environment > it sets the tone (a big work on ✌️) - Values anchor > & support efficient decision-making - they become a compass Hot take. I like affirmations - and I think they are useless if the gap between who you are now and what you are claiming in the affirmation is too big. How to fix it? Using I choose to believe... Here's an example: I feel confident. => I choose to feel confident. or even... I choose to explore feeling confident. It's a fun way to trick the brain, and stay in integrity with what feels true to you in that moment. Helpful to you? Fab! If not, shove it in the closet! Liz

I completely agree on affirmations, if the subconscious thinks its BS doesn't matter how many time your affirm it. I appreciate you sharing your method, going to try this and I'll share mine. Always start with because I know with the thing you are affirming, then use an I statement with how you will do it. Like this Because I know I am my most profitable asset I double down on myself everyday and work it just like my other business. Because I know money is flowing to me, I trust the process I'm learning to create dependable income streams. It can be tricky at first but once you get the because I know it gets easier.
