I didn’t get stuck because I wasn’t trying. I got stuck because I was trying everything. For a long time, I did what most people do when they want to earn online. I bought courses. I joined programs. I followed smart people. I kept learning. And honestly? I learned a lot. But nothing really moved. Every new program came with a new idea. Every idea came with a new direction. And instead of building momentum, I kept starting over. Watching other people “figure it out” made me wonder what I was missing. At some point, I remember thinking, “Why does this feel so hard when I’m actually doing the work?” That’s when it clicked. The problem wasn’t effort. It wasn’t motivation. It wasn’t that I “wasn’t cut out for this.” The problem was noise. Too many paths. Too many messages. Too many voices telling me to do more. What changed everything wasn’t finding the perfect system. It was choosing one. One path. One message. One place to focus my energy. Once I stopped trying to do everything and gave myself permission to simplify, things finally started to make sense. Not overnight. Not magically. But steadily. Confidence replaced second-guessing. Momentum replaced overwhelm. And for the first time, I felt like I wasn’t fighting myself anymore. That’s when I realized something important. Most capable people don’t struggle online because they can’t do it. They struggle because no one teaches them how to choose. How to slow down. How to focus. How to build something real without burning themselves out. That’s why I do what I do now. I help people build online income without hustle — one path at a time. Not louder. Not faster. Just clearer.

I can so relate to this. I tend to do too many things instead of focusing on one direction. Thanks for sharing.

@Donna Thornton it really is. Luckily I have some people who remind me to focus on one thing at at time.
#FeatureStory – The Why Behind Balanced & Blessed
I started my Skool community because I saw so many women, especially busy moms, trying to do everything right and feeling exhausted, discouraged, or behind. I’ve been there. I wanted a space where health didn’t feel overwhelming, faith wasn’t compartmentalized, and progress mattered more than perfection. A place where women could build simple, sustainable rhythms around food, movement, prayer, and everyday life, and not feel alone while doing it. This community was born from a calling to walk with women in their journey. I wanted to create a community based with encouragement, grace, and support. This is also how I want to build my group coaching premium tier. I felt called to bring together women who want realistic health, gentle accountability, and faith woven into daily life. I love that we are building a community for women who are willing to take the next small, faithful step. If this resonates with you and you’re tired of trying to figure it all out on your own, I’d love to invite you to come join us inside Balanced & Blessed, a grace-filled community for women who want to walk together, not strive alone. 💛

@Jill Hart Thanks so much!
#FeatureStory - The "Why" Behind the Build Lab
I loved my job. It was rewarding, had great pay and benefits, and I wanted to retire there. But then I had two kids in my 40s during COVID, and everything changed. Suddenly I wanted flexibility more than anything else. I started watching online courses to keep me awake at night while I was taking care of my daughter, and I soon realized that there were a lot of people who had amazing expertise to share, but they didn't know how to package it in a way that would help their students achieve their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. There were also a lot of courses that were just straight up bad. Enter the "Your Best Course" Build Lab. The Build Lab is where I teach purpose-driven entrepreneurs how to showcase their expertise in a way they can be proud of so that they can be excited about their businesses and understand how rewarding it can be to be an educator. It is where I teach experts like you how to make sure your course actually delivers on the promises you are making in your marketing and that it helps you to stand out in your industry or niche. The Build Lab is where I carry out my mission to help more people help others with their expertise through high-touch, high-quality, high-impact online courses, and it's where I help elevate the quality of online courses as a whole so that we can all feel a little better about investing our hard-earned money in online education. If this resonates with you and you are tired of trying to figure it out on your own, come and join us inside the Build Lab for only $12/year. P.S. The gif is you, not me! 😂

I can so relate to your story. Covid changed things for so many people including myself. I ended up homeschooling while pivoting to writing crochet patterns during that time.
#FeatureStory: The Why Behind Why & What I DO
As a passionate advocate for self-love, mindfulness, and personal growth, I've dedicated my journey to helping women shine their light and live their best lives. With a background in Personal training, Yoga and Journal Therapy I spent the first decades of my life in the corporate world (Business Development, Procurement and Project Management). But my passion really always lived in a space where I was able to create a safe and supportive space for like-minded individuals to connect, learn, and grow throw fitness. As a 2 time cancer survivor I am living a life that has had it's up and downs and moments of depression and self-doubt. Where loving myself felt like a foreign currency, but I was determined to battle through the mental and physical demons to get myself back to feeling alive, present and living as my best version. I want to help women see that despite how they may be feeling right in this moment, this season whether it be overwhelm, menopause, empty-nesting, late life separate or divorce, there is a way to find your spark and inner joy again. Come join me inside The Shine Lounge. Where 10mins of gentle resets, journaling or just a conversation in the community can change your whole day 🌸

@Alexia Mihalitsianos yes but I also think staying focused on one thing at a time is good. I think being a part of groups is great but it can get overwhelming really quick.
