October XFIT Game: Bench Press Challenge
Here’s how it works: for the next month, we’re turning the bench press into a focused strength project. All you have to do is: ✅ Submit a quick video of your current bench press (or post it on the challenge page). ✅ Train using the strategies I’ll share over the next few weeks. ✅ Submit a second video at the end of the month to show your progress. And if you’re the one who makes the biggest strength jump, you’ll get to pick your prize from the XFIT Swag Store: https://swagnar.com/pages/xfit-store

Do you read the labels for "Net Carbs"?
🔥 GPS Nutrition Tip — “Net Carbs” Explained: Do you glance at nutrition labels and see “net carbs” but aren’t sure what that even means — or if you should care? 👀 Here’s how I teach it inside the GPS Nutrition Method 👇 ✅ Not all carbs are created equal. Net carbs usually subtract fiber — which digests slowly, uses more energy to process, and doesn’t spike blood sugar the same way simple carbs do. That’s why keto dieters obsess over them. ✅ But here’s the bigger picture…If your goal is to burn fat, build muscle, and actually feel amazing, carbs aren’t the enemy — they’re fuel. They refill glycogen, the stored energy your muscles use to train harder, recover faster, and build lean tone. ⚙️ GPS Rule of Thumb:Don’t just count carbs. Sequence them. Greens first ✅ , protein & fats second 🍗, and starches & sugars last 🍠 — timed around your activity level. This keeps blood sugar stable, hormones balanced, and energy high. 🚀 Net carbs matter if you’re chasing ketones.💪 But if you’re chasing strength, stamina, and sustainable results… carbs are part of the solution, not the problem.

2.5 inches down
My waist line is now down 2.5 inches. That is great progress. My weight has stayed the same from last week. But my waist is down .5 inches. Lance is this normal? I am now fixing the issues we discussed on our call. However I feel like I’m doing pretty well. Anyway, progress is still happening. and regardless, if one week I have a large weight loss great. If I have a week with nothing doesn’t matter. I am dedicated and in no matter what! I’m in this for the long haul. I will be at my goal weight and be the best physical condition of my life.
