I am trying to get into the habit of using the weekend to cook meals and stuff ahead of time so the week is much smoother and easier for me.
So, what are your go-to freezer meals or meals that I can store in the fridge and pop into the oven or stove top?
I don't own a microwave so ideally something I can toss from fridge to oven or pop out of a bag into a pot on the stove
BONUS POINTS IF IT DOESN'T INCLUDE ANY INGREDIENTS THAT ARE PROCESSED FOODS (not to be a stickler, but we just don't eat processed foods)
