😴 Bedtime battles (for us, not the kids!)
Does anyone else find it so hard to actually go to bed at a reasonable hour? 🙋♀️ I swear, the second the house is finally quiet, my brain’s like: “Now’s the time to scroll / binge / reorganize the pantry / dream up business ideas…” But when I do manage to get in bed 🛏️ earlier, I wake up feeling like an actual human, instead of a walking zombie. 🧟♀️ ✨ Totally worth it! I’m curious - what tricks help you get yourself to bed on time so you actually get enough sleep? 👉 Is it routines, apps, no-phone rules, bribing yourself with fancy PJs? 👉 Or are you still in the “midnight warrior” camp?
