Wanted to share this format for posting that has worked well in the two communities that I run.

Obviously, you don't have to do it this way all the time, but hopefully it helps and gives you another option to add to your posting schedule/ rotation.

💫 Title: Start with an engaging question. (That way even if your members don't read all of what you write, it's an easy entry point for them to contribute)

💫 Share your thoughts on the topic. (This helps to build you as the authority and let's them know how you would approach a situation)

💫 Finish with a CTA. (Nothing too complicated. It could be something simple like "what are your thoughts on this?" OR "How would you handle xyz?" etc.)
