Script written but where do you post them (location)

I have a script that I have written; I want to post it at this location, but I don't know if this is the correct spot to post it. Also; I would like to know where to write the actual video script or shoot list format form(s)and any other template forms to fully create everything in the correct way. A lot of this is foreign to me to be so structured is new. Please advise cause I'm truly listening & want to learn.
