28 Days - keep it simple
10,000 steps every day. Weigh yourself every morning. Drink plenty of water. Eat whole foods only. Cut out alcohol. Pick a training program that suits your level and commit. No shortcuts. No excuses. No overthinking. Do the basics. Do them daily. Do them well. Results arenโ€™t magic theyโ€™re earned through consistency. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.
