Getting some meals ready for the weekend. Make sure I eat and eat well. Last weekend at Christmas party’s and things found myself stuck with options. Will eat earlier this weekend before functions.

I know this post might sound a bit repetitive, but it’s important – especially as we head into the weekend. Let’s not let all the hard work we’ve done during the week get undone over a couple of days. It’s a crazy time of year, I get it… Christmas parties, dinners, catch-ups – it all adds up. For those doing the challenge: stay focused, stay locked in. Remember your why. For those not on the challenge: aim for the 80/20 rule – enjoy yourself, but keep one eye on your health and goals. Weekend choices matter. 🙏💪🏼
