Three weeks in. 21 days of weigh-ins, steps, water, and whole foods. Let's see those numbers! ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿฅ‡ @Cal Job โ€” 8.5 kg down ๐Ÿฅˆ @Josh Arnot โ€” 5.4 kg down ๐Ÿฅ‰ @Jacinta Mckinnon โ€” 4.1 kg down Absolutely on fire. ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ“ธ @Peter Holmes โ€” 3 resets in and still sharing meals in the community. That's leadership! ๐Ÿ™Œ ๐Ÿ“ธ @Kevin Watt โ€” jumped in mid-challenge and already showing up. Love that energy! ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ† @Joseph McKinnon โ€” FOUR resets. This man does not quit. We are in the LAST WEEK of the 28-Day Reset Challenge โ€” and every single day from here counts double. You've already done 22 days. Let that sink in for a second. 22 days of showing up. 22 days of choosing better. 22 days of proving to yourself that you can do this. This is not the time to coast. This is not the time to say "I'll make up for it later." This is the time to leave absolutely NOTHING on the table. 6 days left. A great 7 day average of over 15k steps. When I walk I pray, talk to god, I look at nature, or sometimes just silent! 10k steps a day isnโ€™t one of the most healthy things for body, but also for mind and spirit! Keep going, all!
