Today marks the end of the 28-Day Reset Challenge — and what a ride it has been. 28 days ago, 10 of you made a decision to show up, do the work, and reset. And you did exactly that. 🏆 TOP 3 WEIGHT LOSS 🥇 @Cal Job — 10.2kg down Ten. Point. Two. Kilograms. Daily rides, gym, golf, sauna — all while working 12-hour shifts. Absolute machine. This is what all-in looks like. 🥈 @Peter Holmes — 6.1kg down 28 days. Not one day without movement. Perfect compliance, start to finish. Quiet consistency at its finest. 🥉@Jacinta Mckinnon — 4.9kg down Nearly 5kg gone and she made it look smooth. Steady, strong, never wavered. ⭐ SPECIAL MENTIONS @Joseph McKinnon — 100% compliance, every metric, every single day. Tomorrow is Day 28.🗓️ One more morning weigh-in. One more 10,000 steps. One more journal entry. One more day of showing up for yourself — and then it's done.🏃 You've been doing this for 27 days. The habits are there. The discipline is there. You are there. Today is just one more proof of that.📒 No big pep talk needed at this point. You already know what to do. So go do it. Log it. Move it. Drink your water. And tonight when you go to sleep, know that tomorrow you finish what you started on June 1st. 💪

Happy Friday, Reset crew! ☀️ While most people are already thinking about weekend treats and checking out early — you're on Day 26 of a 28-Day Reset Challenge. Let that be your flex today. 😏 Friday is usually the day willpower takes a vacation. The end-of-week fatigue kicks in, plans get loose, and "just this once" starts sounding reasonable. Not you. Not this Friday. You have two days left — TWO — and you did not grind through 26 days to let a Friday undo it. The weekend is coming either way. You might as well arrive at it having crushed today first. Log today. Move today. Finish the week strong. The finish line is literally around the corner. 🏁

Yesterday, @Josh Arnot hit his goal weight of 99kg — and every single bit of effort he put in got him there. 💪 The check-ins, the discipline, the hard days he pushed through anyway — it all added up to this moment. You showed up for yourself and you delivered. 📦 (Today's scale says 100.6 but we're blaming dinner.
