My win this week — hit the gym 3x for boxing sessions 🥊 Consistency feels good.
Weekend Prep
Getting some meals ready for the weekend. Make sure I eat and eat well. Last weekend at Christmas party’s and things found myself stuck with options. Will eat earlier this weekend before functions.
