Long Term Progress
Today marks the final day of my second reset. Big shout out to Mick & Kit for the program, the support and the continuous encouragement. Also a big Thankyou to the other active members who have shared their journey and encouraged me. 12 months ago on 12 February 25 I weighed the heaviest I have ever been in my life at 184.4kg. 12 months later I am at 153.1kg. That’s a drop of 31.3kg for the year. From February to mid October I sort of bumbled my way down with no real plan, but when I started my first reset until now I have had a clear plan and focus about what I needed to do. This program has literally changed my life. One of my biggest wins is the habits I’ve developed that helped me drop a bit more even between mid November and mid January which included a family holiday to NZ, Christmas & New Years celebrations. I set out from Day 1 the first reset to develop strong habits that would help me beyond 28 days and I can confidently say I have achieved that Body, Mind & Spirit. I still have 40kg’s to drop to reach my ultimate goal by the end of 2027, but am well on the way. As we’ve been told numerous times. Progress not perfection. 🎉 I’m thrilled with my progress 🎉

🎉 Reset Spotlight: Peter 🌟
Today marks the completion of @Peter Holmes 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁, and his journey is worth celebrating 👏 During his 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁, he dropped 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝗸𝗴. After stepping away from the program, the most impressive part is that 𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽. He continued on his own, applying the 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 he built and showing real 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. When he returned for his 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁, he stayed 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 and dropped 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟲𝗸𝗴. Over the last 𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀, that commitment has added up to an incredible 𝟯𝟭.𝟯𝗸𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 — built through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 and 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, not shortcuts. What stands out most isn’t just the weight loss — it’s the 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁. Progress didn’t stop when the program ended. It continued because the 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸, across 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁. Peter, thank you for sharing your journey so openly. 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴, 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. 👇 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 and help celebrate Peter’s effort!

Personal insights from measuring
It is simple but still amazing how much insight you get just by starting to track and measure things. Personally, it really helps you tune into what your body’s doing. I noticed I had some red wine on Saturday night, and I find it tends to bump my weight up about 36 hours later. On Saturday morning I actually dropped to 106 kg (from a starting 106.7 kg earlier in the day ), which felt good, but had a rise in weight after getting a bit social. Importantly i am getting results the other way which follow bigger efforts about 48 hours later. Have a great day !

Over 6 months since I hit the gym! 💪
Didn’t go hard at the gym … 10 mins bike & 10 mins treadmill before refereeing a basketball 🏀 game. Dinner doesn’t look flash but tasted delicious … Coconut Lentil Curry with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt, chopped cucumber & 1/4 banana 😋
