woke up heavy-hearted after what happened in Bondi. Whether you’re a person of faith or not, moments like this remind us how precious life is — and how much our community needs love, strength, and unity. Praying for peace and for those affected by the shootings. 🙏❤️

Today is a great day to recover — Mind (Soul), Body, and Spirit. MIND (SOUL) Let your mind rest today. Try not to overthink, worry, or replay things you can’t change. Just be present. Slow down. Breathe. Enjoy the moment you’re in. And choose joy — even in the middle of whatever you’re facing. BODY Recovery is training. Give your body some care today: ✅ go for a swim ✅ book a massage ✅ sauna / spa ✅ stretch + mobility ✅ an easy walk in the sun Anything that helps your body reset and feel better. SPIRIT For me, it’s church today — and I’ll be praying for you. For you, it might look like journaling, reading something uplifting, praying, or simply reflecting on what really matters in your life. Take the pressure off today. Reset. Restore. Recharge. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.
