Finished up my third 28 Day Challenge yesterday — and honestly, each one has been different… because each one has had a different purpose. Challenge 1: about weight loss and for many of us, getting off alcohol. Challenge 2: about building consistency and healthy habits that actually last. Challenge 3: was about support — doing it together, checking in, encouraging, and standing with the people who are in the trenches right now. I just want to say… I love this community. I love what it stands for. I love everyone who’s participated, and I love those who’ve been watching quietly from the sidelines too — because I know some of you are closer than you think to jumping in. Next year is going to be bigger and better. Let’s do this. 💪🔥
