28 Day Reset Challenge
over 6 weeks of living this healthier way of life with mind, body, spirit. I had full set of bloods Friday, and results today with Dr. blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, all significantly better than before. I think the changes on the inside significantly outweigh even what is shown on the outside. Just a life changing thing for me. With the tragedy of yesterday I am praying for everyone involved and who has been effected by what has happened. Australia is one of the safest places in the world, and deserves to stay that way. It also has made me think in my journaling today around the gratitude I have for my life, and my family. It is a beautiful gift, and tomorrow is not Guaranteed. This challenge certainly helps you live a richer and better life in many ways. God bless everyone today and let’s unite and show strength!

woke up heavy-hearted after what happened in Bondi. Whether you’re a person of faith or not, moments like this remind us how precious life is — and how much our community needs love, strength, and unity. Praying for peace and for those affected by the shootings. 🙏❤️

Give your body some care today: ✅ go for a swim ✅ book a massage ✅ sauna / spa ✅ stretch + mobility ✅ an easy walk in the sun Anything that helps your body reset and feel better. SPIRIT For me, it’s church today — and I’ll be praying for you. For you, it might look like journaling, reading something uplifting, praying, or simply reflecting on what really matters in your life. Take the pressure off today. Reset. Restore. Recharge. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.
