Welcome! Introduce yourself + weight loss strategies 🎉
I am not a pro just a real person on a weight loss journey wanting to create a community of like-minded individuals who want to support others on this journey. This challenge is not medical advice so please talk to your health care provider. I am utilizing a 14 day challenge where at least 14 days out of each month we embark on a challenge (which you will learn about in the classroom) For now let's get to know each other! This could be you DON'T give up
It may feel difficult because it is a CHALLENGE but don't give up because making healthy choices can WORK if you stick with it (and this statement is based on my personal experience). I tried all the strategies and this was my result. This is not prescriptive and is only for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. What to do when you want that sugar treat
So today I wanted a cupcake with icing so badly. Do you think I defeated the temptation? Yes, I'm so glad I did and here's how: 1. I remembered that I have a community here that's rooting for my success 2. I moved from where the cupcake was and focused on something else Yes, these 2 things helped me. Hope these strategies can help you too if you get tempted.
