Welcome! Introduce yourself + weight loss strategies 🎉
I am not a pro just a real person on a weight loss journey wanting to create a community of like-minded individuals who want to support others on this journey. This challenge is not medical advice so please talk to your health care provider. I am utilizing a 14 day challenge where at least 14 days out of each month we embark on a challenge (which you will learn about in the classroom) For now let's get to know each other!
