Question...
My Rujuu was paused for a while.
I understand what row 1-11 means for the sleeves
But for rows 29-41: count every 2 rows as 1 row.
Do i need to knit all the rows like in pattern and count less for the decreases or do i knit less rows. I do jot understand it.
